Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit the Maldives is between November and April. This period marks the dry season, with calm seas, sunny skies, and warm temperatures – perfect for beach activities, diving, and snorkeling. December to March is the peak tourist season, offering ideal weather but higher prices. May to October is the wet season, with occasional heavy rain and storms, but it’s also a great time for surfers due to bigger waves and fewer crowds. For the best experience, visit during the shoulder months (November and April) to enjoy good weather and fewer tourists.
