Best Time to Visit
The best time to visit Bali is during the dry season (April to October). This period offers sunny days, low humidity, and ideal conditions for beach activities, surfing, and exploring temples. July and August are peak months with higher prices and crowds, especially around major tourist areas. April, May, September, and October are great for fewer crowds and pleasant weather. The wet season (November to March) brings tropical rains, but Bali remains warm and lush, making it a quieter and more affordable time to visit.

- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, porterage. All entry tickets/tickets - horse riding etc.)
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance fees & Guide charges.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Travel Insurance.
- Anything which is not included in the inclusion.
Cancellation Policy:
- Less than 7 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 100% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge.
- 7 – 15 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 75% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge.
- 16 - 30 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 50% of Package Cost as cancellation charge.
- More than 30 Days: Full Refund of Package Cost Excluding Processing Fees @ Inr: 1000/-per head.
Terms Condition:
- Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
- In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
